Mashtini Bar Party

On Saturday, I hosted a Mashtini Bar Party at my house. What is a Mashtini Bar Party? Simple; Mashed Potatoes, and as many toppings as you can possibly fit on the kitchen counter all served in Martini glasses!

It was a TON of work to prepare all those ingredients, but it was totally worth it. And I couldn’t have done it without my sous chef, Wendy! We did about 5 hours of continuous food prep. I think we were both exhausted by the time the party started.

What we learned:

It was a great idea.
People had a blast.
People ate too much.
People thought this idea could support a restaurant.
Next time, less ingredients.
Next time, a limited of tini’s on the menu.
Next time, a dessert-tini.

And most importantly, we learned that there should be a next time!
