Huge Security Vulnerability in Microsoft Windows

Back door in Microsoft Windows products allow programs to run on your computer, without you knowing, just by visiting a web site!
Steve Gibson from GRC, a security specialist, announced on the podcast “Security Now 22: The WMF Backdoor” his findings regarding what he believed was an intentional back door to all flavors of Microsoft Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
I highly recommend that you install the critical patch issued by Microsoft immediately! Stop reading this article, fire up your automatic update, or go to microsoft to get the update.

Microsoft has patched the WMF vulnerability in Windows 2000 and XP, but in his research for a fix for Windows 95/98/Me Steve has come up with a blockbuster. It is his considered opinion that the WMF vulnerability could not have been a mistake. It was an intentional backdoor inserted into Windows by Microsoft for reasons unknown. Listen for details.
