Has it really been a MONTH since I’ve posted an update? Sure has, so here is an update.

I’ve been extremely busy over the past month both at my house and my brothers new house. I’m preparing my house to list and he is trying to finish his so they can move in! I’ve rented a storage bay and have begun to move the non essential items out. While I’m still partial to much of my old computer hardware I have begun to part with many items that were collecting dust for purely sentimental reasons.

My brothers house is really coming together. He has been on the home stretch for a week or so and the finish line is in site. Some trim, a few doors, some finish plumbing, a bit of tiling in the master bath are all that remains on his list. The hardwood floors have been sanded and given one coat with a remaining coat to come in the next few weeks. Around then the carpet will be installed which will just about finish things up.
