Space shuttle Endeavour, STS-123, launched from the Kennedy Space Center today at two thirty eight am

This 16 day flight is the longest shuttle mission to the International Space Station! Endeavours seven astronauts will be installing a new robotic arm called Dextre.

They will also be installing the first section of the Japanese Kibo laboratory.
