Tasty Beef-n-noodles
This is a college student's favorite and it is real easy to make.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Stew Meat
- 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup diluted with one can of water
- 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup diluted with one can of water
- 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup white onion diced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced Optional, recommended
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Combine stew meat, french onion soup, golden mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, celery, onion and garlic in a crock pot and stir to evenly distribute all ingredients.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- (Optional) To thicken entree, combine water and all-purpose flour in a water tight container and shake vigorously until well mixed with no lumps. Gently whisk thickening agent into entree, stirring well.
- Serve over buttered noodles and/or mashed potatoes.
